Edit selected text and new text lines
Working with text objects in Jeta is almost the same as working with shapes. To select text object on the canvas, click with a mouse near it. A cursor will blink at the end of text line, so you can start to type in or click backspace to erase charters directly on the canvas.
Double
click the text line to open its main style window where you can edit text, font and other text styles.
To add a new text object to the canvas click the Edit / New Text item on the main menu. The "New Text Line" object will be added to the canvas and text styles window will open, allowing you to easily edit text and font of a new text line. Now you can apply any desired color (select Shape Fill at the top of the styles window) or styles (from Styles Library)
After you select text line, drag it with a mouse to move.
To scale selected
text click the Scale menu item on the Edit toolbar menu and drag the scale slider. If you wish to scale (up or down) more than the slider allows, release it and repeat scale operation
Rotation is the same as scale
except that you also can rotate around 2 other axes (this will become a flip operation if you rotate it
horizontally or vertically to 180 degrees)
To set text font select text line, and click the Text menu item on the Edit toolbar menu. You will see a list of installed fonts with examples of its typeface.
You can also simply double-click the text line to open text styles window where you can set font by its name.
To add new fonts to Jeta Logo Designer click Text / Install Fonts menu where you can add fonts
from Windows system or from external True Type (.ttf) files
Double click the text line to open text styles window. Except text and font properties you can
edit its inclination, boldness, make text line to warp in circle,
arc, bulge and arch.
